In recent decades, the industrialization and export of food has taught us through experience and its results, how great is the impact of the food we consume can be both for our health and for the whole of nature, affecting us, not only physically, mentally and spiritually

It is important to highlight that although they have been devastating decades in everything that has to do with health and the environment; We can also highlight the impressive amount of knowledge that has been collected during all this time, in order to regain our authentic ways of healing and understanding the balance of how to live in harmony and be well with the rest of nature and with ourselves. Through our decisions when it comes to eating, as simple as that.

In order to share the knowledge that I have collected over many years, we have developed this project that facilitates learning and easy application for all who want to understand the basic principles about the influence that food has on us and how to use it in our favor, in order to achieve the goals you want to achieve a healthy lifestyle in harmony with the entire ecosystem of which we are all part.

This course was created in order that you can easy understand the concept, and  principles of holistic nutrition, knowing how to apply them in your day to day without greater effort and with knowledge
